Comments:
The proposed regulation overview mentions "agile and responsive." Under this it says "mission first" and "deployed to meet mission requirements." Having retired after 23 years in the military service, these statements sound if they are applying to military personnel, not civilian personnel. I am concerned that the proposed regulation would end up abusing our civilian workforce. I do my very best in my civil service position and have been rewarded. The military drilled into it's active duty military personnel that it is mission first, individual last. I am no longer on active duty and gotten wiser. I am an individual and expect to be treated with dignity, not a commodity. Last I checked this was a democracy, not a militaristic society.
