Pay Awards for Performance and Evaluations- What is to stop the Good Old Boys Club where only the favorite employees or buddy gets the awards and networking friends get the jobs? The present evaluation of acceptable and unacceptable proves nothing and explains nothing to an employer trying to hire someone. Why don't they utilize an evaluation system similar to the NAF evaluation or military type?
