I just wanted to comment on the whole thing. I think is was well over-due. It is a great idea. I think if we would have had this a long time ago that the government would still be running the depots, not contractors. I have work for the Government since 1973, and there has been lots of dead beets that should have been fired from the Civil Service. This pay will get rid of them or a least let them know that they are being payed for the work that they are doing.
