To whom it may concern. The implementation of NSPS will create animosity between coworkers towards coworkers as well as coworkers towards management. I feel that once the implementation of NSPS goes on line and replaces the current pay scale there will be numerous grievance filed by workers feeling that they deserve to be in the next pay band. This will cause management to document everything. I believe this will negate the efficiency of supervision, because they ( supervisors ) will find themselves constantly defending themselves as to why their employees are in the pay banding group that the are in. I believe alot of supervisors will be spending a great deal of their time in court.
