Subpart F--Workforce Shaping. Is there any consideration for making shaping provisions less stringent for small work groups (i.e. less than 25 or less than 10 employees)? Previous versions of the A-76 Circular, Commercial Activities Review, allowed for simplified processes when the number of affected employees was less than ten (10).
