Comments:
"Agile Workforce" - Most civilians are so, because they have homes, kids, etc. that prohibit their "mobility" and they have choosen not to do so. I have not signed a mobility statement and I would not be willing to relocate or deploy anywhere. This will be a very difficult thing to try to do with DOD civilians - it's not a part of what we currently have signed up to, so how is this expected to be deployed?
