Question 1: For those current DOD General Salary (GS) employee now with save pay as a result of reduction-in-force (RIF) and priority placement, will their current pay also be NOT AFFECTED as a result of the conversion to the new NSPS? These same employees now received only 50% of annual COLAs, will they continue to received this deduction (or similar deduction) after entry into NSPS? Will they receive their full annual locality increases, performance increases, etc. like other NSPS employees after initial entry into NSPS?
