I think we are all (the working people) going to get ripped off by supervision... like with the appraisal money where they will give all the upper mgmt. and golden boys 5% bonus for appraisals and the rest of us get 1.5% if we are fortunate enough to get that. With the new system we will be lucky if there is any money left, by the time it trickles down. And if you think there aren't any situations out there where they will give the money to the favorites then you are living in a fantasy world! And as for the pay bands....you want comments on something that you are giving us no example of or info on????? I'm sorry, normally I am optimistic but we are all in the dark on this one.
