Comments:
I have major concerns / issues with the following aspects of the NSPS system : (1) I don't believe that it is "fair" / reasonable to establish pay bands (which effectively "cut-off" the potential pay increases for individuals who are at the top of a specific "band(s)". (2) I am also concerned about the losses of : "cost-of-living" pay increase privilages ; and "step-increases" - which I believe all employees should be entitled to receive.
