It appears this whole system will negatively impact an already stressed work force. There already exists a "good ole boy" network, even though everyone denies it. I see it all the time...This new program will ensure the continuation of this and harbor hard feelings between workers where there may not have been any. How can a system be good for us when it pits one against the other, and we already know there are those who do the least possible, and others in the same office do twice as much work, but the least possible always gets the glory because they are more vocal, and the supervisors are "afraid" to say anything because they will be accused of being racist (works both ways, not just black). This seems like a hot bed of turmoil, waiting to happen.
