Performance-Based Pay At present if an employee is recommended for a performance bonus by his/her supervisors he/she may not receive it because the finance dept. determines that it will not be allowed by the command's budget. Thus no bonus is received and thus no performance is encouraged. Will the new system allow for independence of the pay-pool from such restrictions? Thank you!
