9901.405 (4) Hold supervisors accountable... Comment: One study done at Tinker AFB, OK indicated that 1st line supervisors have enough requirements dumped on them that it really should take 2 people to perform. Overall, NSPS seems to be dumping even more requirements on the 1st lines. This could mean mission failure if proper policies are not established to alleviate some of their current requirements. I find it hard to hold my first lines completely accountable if we are giving them too much to do.
