I am under CSRS retirement system. I think this new system will totally undermine the DOD civilian work force and cause us to loose what little we have managed to gain over the years. I am due for retirement in Aug 2007, no where in all this information can I find how this new system will impact my retirement. Will I loose everything I've worked for? Everything pertaining to retirement that I could find pertained to VERA and VSIP. I would love to apply for VSIP as the money would allow me to retire early and open a slot for someone younger, but our command won't give us the option. So tell me what do I have to look forward to in all this paperwork that you are giving us to read that keeps telling us to look at other publications that we don't have easy access to. Personally I think you are trying to pull the wool over our eyes and doing a good job of it.
