The main concern I know that most employees have : Is there is nothing in this whole process that could keep a Suppervisor from punishing an Employee with pay. There will always be some Employees that might be the best workers, but don't see eye to eye with the boss. I have twenty nine years in and I have only had Two Suppervisors that I could trust to do the right thing. What kind of justification do Suppervisors have to write if they give an Employee a less pay raise than another or do they at all, besides saying the Employee doesn't perform? Suppervisors should not have any authority with pay except the Awards.
