Comments:
In reference to section 8, concerning the locality pay, based on specific jobs. I have the same costs for housing, gas, food, utilities etc. as those with higher end jobs. I should be getting the same locality pay as everyone else. It would be unfair to use this system as a lure to high end jobs.
