Has Wage Board, not Wage Grade been addressed, most people are not even familiar with WB, and its' pay structure is very different than WB & GS. Its not mentioned anywhere in the NSPS website. It was developed for high tech/gray collar workers and based on the local economy. Please look into this because we do not have within grade step increases anyway.
