I believe this suggestions relates most closely to performance management. Since the system is based on a supervisor rating an employee's performance, I think it would be helpful if the employees were able to rate their supervisor. It could be simple, something with a 1-4 or 1-5 scale, but allow the employees an opportunity to rate their supervisor, as upper management does not always see the entire picture of what happens inside an office. A good system has to have a flow that goes up as well as down.
