Will this regulation have congretional approval? What legality will this have? Will we be at the mercy of DOD? I do not trust DOD to do what is right for us! I do not see anything on retirement. I do not see anything positive on labor relations. What will this system do to improve the current pay shortfals between GS and Industry? Will our Title 5 satus change in any way? Will my pay go up and down IAW my evaluations? I don't see anything on Medical Insurance. Will this impact the TSP? Will GOV contributions go up or down? Will CPOCs be replaced? They need to be! They are overly dictorial in nature. What impact will this have on transfers out of DOD? Again thank you, but I do not trust DOD or DA to do the right thing for us DACs. I don''t see anything on mandetory education for managment. God knows they they need it. Most civilian managers are not well educated in labor relations and good sound leadership. I see this program as a money saver for DOD at our expense. I hope I will stand to be corrected, only time will tell.
