This pay system sounds good on the outside, but after really looking at it the following are my comments: The money will go for raises in San Deigo first and Fallon (an over the hill site) will get our reises last or not at all. We already did not get our bonuses for this year and region had some excuse. Bottom line region will give themself large raises and we will be last because we are the farthest away. I have a lot of concerns about giving up any rights and this system looks like the employees will be giving up a lot of rights. We had HR here and all she really told us about was how the pay would change and I am not sure that I understand how our retirement would change, but I am too close to retirement to want to change my retirement. I am a strong performer and a hard worker and if I would be paid for what I am worth, this would be a good pay system, but I know region, we would be last or not at all, as usual.
