Comments:
The intent of this policy is to militarize the civilian work force. To give command officials orders to flood departments with military mind set employees. Thereby removing the older experienced workforce at will. This is a means to eliminate the CSRS and forfeit on benefits owed to eligible employees by fraudulent means.
