Comments:
In an effort to keep a manager honest and fair in his rendering of a rating for his workers/team, I would like to see the employees assessment of that supervisor as part of the rating. This input could also be used by the supervisor's manager to critique whether a fair assessment of his team is being rendered. I do not want to see the government going back to unfair promotions/ratings based upon the wrong reasons.
