TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN, Subpart D—Performance Management § 9901.401 Purpose . 7584-7587 As it stands the current system is extremly unfair. The people who work hard are told to slow down and dont get promoted. I dont see how this new NSPS will help. In fact I only see things getting worse. The supervisors will still promote only their friends. I have only been with the DOD for a few years, but in these few years I have seen nothing but corruption. This new system will still allow managment to promote who they want. When Appraisales come out it will be worse under the new system. No one cares enough to check and make sure the supervisor, management are following the rules now and under the new system this practice will continue. When people sit around for eight hours and do nothing. No one says a word to them as long as they LOOK busy. If I do more work than another person he will still get the higher appraiseal, even under the new system. If the management doesnt like you they can just get rid of you. The management will lie and say anything to get rid of you. The new system still does not fix the current problem of corrupte management. Thank youy for your time, A concerned Employee
