I think this is a step backwards to the good old boy days when if you are a friend of the supervisor then you will get a raise even if you are a poor worker. Also I think we need the regulations that have been in place for years because they were needed then and I'm sure they are good regulations. Since when would we let any supervisor give the raise to employees. This money is paid by the taxpayers not by a company. I hope this does not pass. If it does it will fall on it's face and we'll have to start over.
