Under the NSPS system pay will be decided by the supervisor of the area. My question is if a Supervisor has a personality problems with one of her employees that is working above standards but has a personal issue with that said employee which she could decided not to give the employee a raise or have employee demoted or just get rid of that employee easier. Whats to stop unfairness to employees if your not one of the buddies or groupies of that Supervisor that will give everything to her friends in the group no matter what they show as production.
