1. IS NSPS GOING TO ALLOW EARLY BUYOUTS RETIREMENTS THIS YEAR FOR DOD EMPLOYEES ? 2. CAN AN EMPLOYEE TAKE A EARLY RETIREMENT BUY-OUT TO SAVE AN EMPLOYEE JOB THAT IS LOSING THIER JOB DUE TO A BASE CLOSURE? 3. WILL OTHER BASES BE LOOKING TO OFFER A BUY-OUT TO PSNS OR IMF.
