RIN 3206-AK76/0790-AH82 This proposed change in will create a greater negative for minorities, females and persons over 55 years of age. In the future there will be numerous sexual harassement incidents. The cost of living continues to rise, how will that person that's not liked by his or her rater afford to provide shelter and food for their family without an across the board increase in salary and step increases?
