Why hasn't the pay bands been liste?. I would like to see how the current pay structure (GS Grades and NH grades) are going to be incorporated into the NSPS Pay Bands. Shouldn't all the information about this new pay system be listed so everyone can comment on the whole system. I feel that the pay band structure is not included in the comments because there may be to many negative comments which would be a draw back to implementing. I feel that not releasing this information is not giving a realistic picture of how NSPS is going to work.
