When I joined the civilian work force was because, it was a very great and fair place to work at. There you were treat with respect and your job was more secure then the civilan word. Now your telling me that we are not the same as the civilian word but worst. Your tell me that no matter how hard we work that your would only get any credit if your kissing someones back side. That is so wrong, for the hard working person, now that is very easy for that lazy staff to get what they want and not have to do any work. What kind of government do we have it seems like we need to do changes again.
