Pay Bands: QUESTION: I was hired into a career conditional Intern program with grade increases set up yearly. The increases occur yearly until reaching my full performance level of a GS-11. Once I reach my GS-11, I become a permanent employee and no longer career conditional. Does NSPS change how I currently receive my automatic grade increase as an intern?
