I had a several questions. First, how is this going to affect my retirement? What will my retirement be based on? How is this new NSPS going to affect the CSRS and FERS? In short, will my retirement now be less then it would have been before the implimentation of NSPS? Number 2, Where will the funding come from to train all the employees and supervisors?
