DOD Proposed NSPS Regulations No. 147-05, Feb 10, 2005. I'm currently a civilian employee for the Department of Defense. My concern is this new system was never publized to offer our views or comments before the proposed NSPS law was signed. I believe pit falls will occur and unfair labor practices.
