General Comment: The only source of information made available to employees is from the DoD web site. This site makes no mention of the shortcomings of NSPS. Employees must make a concerted effort to find dissenting opinions posted by various labor groups. Employees are having a system shoved down their throats with little or no recourse and without hearing both the pros and cons of NSPS.
