Comments:
While I applaud your interest in rewarding the employee on performance and contribution, I find it extremely difficult to believe the mind set of the past can be changed. After twenty seven years of employment, I can assure you that nepotism, the good ole boys club and bowling and golfing for promotion leagues are alive and well. I find it extremely disturbing to know that my supervisor is in control of my pay, while I on the other hand have no input into his/hers.
