Adverse Actions Subpart G 2. Mandatory Removals DOD has not yet identified a proposed list of offences which is of great concern. it appears that there will be a very limited or no appeal process at all. Management doesn't have to prove there is any guily only that they have a reasonable cause to believe that a crime has been commited that would have sentence of imprisonment. With the limited appeal process and the removel of MSPB where DOD has set new rules that on if the wholly wrong will it be reversed there is no way to correct a bad decission.
