3. Adverse Action Procedures With the system that is in place now an employee will receive a 30 day notice and 15 days to reply. With the new system change that to 15 day notice and onlt 10 days to reply. This will put undue time requirements on employee and anyone that would be representing him. With the new rules for non-disclosure of information this will make impossible for employees to be able to defend something they are charged with that untrue. It appears that the Secretary has put a system in place where knowone will have the ability to disprove any charges brought agenst them. While stripping the ability of MSPB and FLRA to make things right because of the new DOD requirements under this system.
