Appeals Subpart H 1. Appeals to MSPB We have to give serious consideration that our Administrative Judge Decissions that have been delivered from MSPB over the last 30 to 50 years have set the fondation for gonvernment service. What serious consideration could have been given to remove all requirements for the department to follow the law. If DOD has the authority to remove the MSPB process and appoint their own legal people to run it's oun system with their oun version of what the Secretary thinks is law. I thought in this country we had law makers and many years ago they created Constitution with a rights based set of rules for all people not a different set for a certain class of poeple. If you take away all the appeal rights of the people and all Judges that understand the real content of the law what does that leave. The great legal system in this country is what has helped make it the greatest place on earth to live. Our employees in DOD have helped to make our military the power it is and at this time of real need is not a time to strip the laws and rules that have shaped this workforce into something that this Great Country really needs.
