Dead People. Dead Supervisors/ Managers and Dead Co Workers. The last major action on changing a system was the Postal Service. The first line is the results of the term GOING POSTAL came from. I rather enjoy the idea of pay for performance because if I am not getting paid for it, I won't do it untill there is compensation. and it does not matter how vage or abstract or all inclusive the position description. If I did not do it before and there is a change I will be paid or not preform. All supervisors will be able to do it terminate for lack of performance and Employment lawyers will get involved in the x employee drawing unemployment benefits because he would not do what you would not pay him for. Thank You Jeff Reinhardt
