Having reviewed the draft regulation and fact sheet, I found only one brief mention of retirement in the fact sheet and nothing in the regulation. The fact sheet statement said no change in retirement benefits. What exactly does that mean? Will those of us under CSRS retire under that system? Will CSRS retirement be grandfathered? If our retirement is converted to the NSPS system how can it not change - it's a whole new system? For myself and thousands of others under the CSRS system, I would request your agency publish additional information and clarification on the subject.
