You state that the labor system encourages a dispute-oriented, adversarial relationship between management and labor. This is incorrect and inflamatory. Labor unions are in place to protect workers, including management. Labor and management work together each and every day. You are taking advantage of a few bad employees and bad managers to make your case for throwing out labor/management relations and replace it with a process in which one man makes the rules and adjudicates the rules. There is no collaboration in this process.
