Pay and Pay Administration - - Subpart C No provisions for annual Cost of Living Allowance. Each year we receive a COLA increase in January usually tied to the Military rate. Appears to be NO provisions for COLAs. This equates to a paycut. How will retires get COLAs? Without COLA how will we stay competive with outside hiring markets?
