Pay and Pay Administration - Subpart C Setting and Adjusting Rate Ranges (2nd Section) Currently Position Descriptions identify level of responsibility and pay is set accordingly. It appears the new system will allow a Secretary for a lower level office to actually be payed more than a Secretary for the Chief of Staff? To much interpretation by Supervisor to set pay, needs to be tied to responsibility.
