How can we submit formal comments when no one knows what NSPS is going to look like? I've been to several briefings, and read your website, and have learned nothing about what NSPS really is. YOU DON'T EVEN HAVE THE PAY BANDS SET!!! All we hear is "NSPS will be great", but no one has any idea when you ask them specific questions. In theory, the concepts of NSPS should benefit everyone (except those who should be fired anyway). But the way this has progressed, with no decisions made and implementation months away, everyone feels this will be another half-assed government program that was poorly planned and implemented too soon, just to meet a time line on a planning chart. Please, if you want this to work, release some details, especially the pay bands, and send NSPS reps to brief us who know what they are talking about and can answer our questions. And delay implementation until the decisions are made and everyone understands.
