I only have three. (1) According to the information provided it took 25 to 30 "EXPERTS" 3 weeks to draft this. What a shame. What about us pee-ons at the bottom of the rung? Well, at lest the executives have thier say.(2) Why do you even bother wanting our input? Your going to do what you want to do no matter how many people it effects, as long as the executives have job. (3) I'll be glad when I can retire. I use to be proud of my government, I have served alot of year, military and civil service (Navy). I am so sick of hearing no money for promotions or training. Our government is turning into a third world country. As long as the top brass has a job the hell with every on else.
