Work Force Shaping Sub Part F, page 7564. At end of first paragraph after "...actions that take place." Insert “RIF procedures will not be applied to competitive groups consisting of less than 25 employees. Justification: A group this small is not cost effective to run a RIF action, and does not afford the department adequate flexibility in skill retention.
