Subpart D: To become a true performance management system, an employee rating of supervisors must be implemented. With the new integrated/lateral business models, many employees have more than one supervisor who will have input into the employee's performace rating. Not only would this provide a fair evaluation process for the employees, but also a valuable tool for each level of supervision to look down as well as up the management chain.
