From everything I have read and heard about this new system I believe that it's just going to make it easier for management to play favorites more than they do now. They will be able to promote their favorites and pass others by that may be more qualified. If there are personality problems between a superviser and employee, it will make it too easy for the supervisor to just fire the person instead of resolving the problem.
