There will still be managers who will give super good performance ratings to their friends not because the person performance well at all. How will you prevent sexual haassarement or sexual favors in exchanged for a good performance ratings. I can see where alot more grievances will be filed and happy homes destroyed, because the non sexual players will start contacting the manager's family
