Comments:
Under current civil service for CSRS employees, retirement is based on number of years, high three year average (calculation) for monthly annunity. My question is, how will retirement be calculated under new system? Also, will increases on yearly performance help in the average salary for retirement purposes? Will bonuses given add to help in the salary for retirement purposes or is it just a bonus (one time cash for employee)? Also, is Merit System Protection Board still active for employees?
