HERE IS ANOTHER REASON WHY THE GOOD OLD BOY NETWORK IS ALIVE AND WELL !! THERE WILL NOT BE FAIR TREATMENT FOR THE OLD TIMERS IN NNSY WHO HAVE WORKED FOR THE BETTERMENT OF NNSY. THERE IS NO WAY POSSIBLE THAT THIS WILL BE FAIR TO ALL. IF SOMEONE DOES NOT LIKE YOU FOR WHATEVER REASON. THERE GOES YOUR PAY AND PROMOTION BY SOMEONE WHO DOES NOT HAVE A CLUE. THIS WILL AFFECT SOME OF THE YOUNGER EMPLOYEES ALSO. THE PROBLEM NOW IS THAT WE HAVE SOME OF THE WRONG MANAGERS IN PLACE TO MAKE FAIR AND HONEST DECISIONS. LABOR RELATIONS AND ADVERSE ACTIONS: MANAGEMENT DOES NOT SUPPORT EACH OTHER, FOR INSTANCE THE FIRST AND SECOND LEVELS DO ALL OF THE CORRECT THINGS TO DISCIPLINE AN EMPLOYEE AND THE THIRD LEVEL AND SENIOR MANAGERS WILL WORK AGAINST THE FIRST AND SECOND LEVEL. WHAT WILL BE THE NEXT PROGRAM TO PROMOTE TEAMING ??
