I have some questions concerning the new NSPS system, and so far no one has given me or anyone eles a fair answer. 1- Who is going over see management to ensure they are fair to every emplyoee. 2- Why is the Union being refused the ability to see how this new system is being developed, and allow input as the system is being developed? 3- What is going to be determan as Adversive Actions? This new system is nothing more than giving Management an open license to do what every Management wants. This new system has "NO" check and balance to protect the emploee from Management. From what I have read about the NSPS, there is no real laws left to potect the employees. I can't say about other Government facilities, but the Air Force Base I work at has the GOOD OL BOY system, which means only the people with in the GOOG OL BOY system will receive rewards. Which could really hurt a lot of the people who are close to retiring with in the next three or four years. Talking about the old emploee's, how is new system going to impact them? I am looking forward to receive a replie for yor group, and I hope it's not this we don't know right now. I don't no is no an exctable amswer when you change over 750,000 workers lives. We the people should be informed as to how this new system is really going to work, and if the system is really going to be fair for the employee's. Thank You Richard D. Gordon SR.
